1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Couvra's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Couvra provides a restaurant reservation management platform including online booking, staff dashboard, notifications, analytics, and related features as described on our website.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account may manage multiple restaurants. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

5. Pricing and Payment

After the free trial, the Service is billed at AUD $25 per restaurant per month. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is billed monthly. If payment fails, there is a 7-day grace period. After the grace period, your account will be paused until payment is received. No data is deleted during a paused period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you and your guests provide to the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. You may export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, using the Service for illegal purposes, or interfering with the operation of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couvra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
