Pricing questions
If you have a payment method on file, billing starts automatically at the end of the trial. If not, the module locks until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted.
Yes. When you add a restaurant or enable a new module mid-billing-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days immediately.
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refund for the remaining days, but no further charges either.
No. Month-to-month billing. Cancel any module or all modules anytime.
Yes. Each module has its own 30-day trial per company. If you sign up for Reservation today and add Queue next month, Queue gets a full 30-day trial.
There's a 7-day grace period for failed payments. After that, the affected modules are paused until payment is received. No data is deleted.
