Every booking gets a unique, human-readable number like "SYDCBD-R-042". Guests see it on their confirmation page and in every email. Staff can search by it instantly. No more "what's your name?" — just "what's your booking number?"
Set a cutoff (e.g., 24 hours) to prevent last-minute cancellations. Within the cutoff window, guests see a message to contact you directly. Staff can still cancel at any time. Pending bookings are auto-confirmed when they enter the cutoff window.
Collect any information you need: "What's the occasion?", "Do you need a high chair?", "Wine pairing preference?". Supports text, dropdown, checkbox, and radio fields. Scope questions to specific service periods or make them restaurant-wide.
Define seating options your guests can choose from — window, outdoor, booth, bar, or anything you offer. Guests select their preference during booking, and staff see it on the booking detail and in exports.

Each restaurant has its own IANA timezone and locale. All times display in the restaurant's local timezone. Daylight saving time is handled automatically — a booking at "6 PM" is always 6 PM local. Emails are sent in the restaurant's configured language.
Guests receive a reminder email at a configurable time before their booking (e.g., 24 hours). Reduce no-shows without lifting a finger. Set to 0 to disable.
